              The Agony [MP3
              (In Briefcase)]
              [REAL AUDIO]
            This
song is part of a collection I named 'The Passion According To Judas.'
The mood is most definitely celtic for me. I hope you have some
time to give it a listen.

              The Death of Cuchulainn [MP3
              (In Briefcase)]

            I
consider this song to be in the 'Celtic' genre. It deals with a
Celtic-Irish mythological hero who symbolises the dreams and aspirations
of both sides of the Irish political/historical divide.

             I
was born and bred in Dublin, (Ireland) about a mile from the city
itself.  If you want to know more about Dublin, I suggest you
go there and experience it for yourself.  I won't get into
tourist advertising or nostalgic reminiscing on the homeland.

I've been writing songs the best part of twenty years now.  To
begin with, I didn't care much for playing to anybody outside of
my family and a few close friends. My choices over the years took
me to various parts of the world,  sometimes being away from
home for so long.  I began to take a deeper interest in my
country's cultural and musical roots.  And a lot of my melodies
have a kind of sombre but sweet celtic melancholia about them.

I'm more a plucker than a strummer of the guitar, due to my grounding
in classical guitar studies. I've spent a lot of time in recording
studios over the years and learned some very valuable lessons in
'Demo-ing Hell'. But I also have some very fond and grateful memories
of all those who helped out.  They all know who they are.
